WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 days of purchase. Custom orders will take 5-7 days on average. After your order is placed, within hours we will print the canvas and start building it. Once your order has been printed it cannot be cancelled.

When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us at support@legendarywallart.net. If your order hasn't shipped within the timeframe listed above, please reach out to us! We'll resolve it ASAP.

After you order ships it normally takes 5-10 business days to arrive for US customers. International customers, please allow 7-21 days for shipping.

International Duties & Taxes

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CONSTRAINTS?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to ship. We print and build your canvas right after you place your order and don't hold any inventory.

Once you receive your tracking link it may take 1-2 days to update and display correctly.

If it's been 7 days and you still haven't received your tracking information send us an email at support@legendarywallart.net.

WHY DOES TRACKING SAY "DELAYED BEYOND OUR CONTROL"?

Sometimes when your order is going through customs the tracking will state that it is "Delayed beyond our control".  Normally the tracking will update within the next 24-48 hours with no issues so please wait before contacting support.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE MISSING?

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you don't see it anywhere please call the shipping company for further information. It may be because the delivery driver scanned the package prematurely before arriving at your location or left the package in an unusual place. You may also want to check with neighbors or others living with you to see if they have received your package.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

If you entered the wrong delivery address for your order and you haven't received your tracking number yet please email support@legendarywallart.net and we'll update the address.

If you have already received your tracking number it means that your order has shipped and it's out of our hands. Please call the shipping company to have them re-route the package to the correct address.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CANVAS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we will replace it. Here's how to start the process:

Take a photo of your damaged product and the package it arrived in. Please also take a closeup photo of the shipping label with your info on it. Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@legendarywallart.net. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your replacement will be processed.

Once your replacement is confirmed you will not need to return your damaged product.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG CANVAS?

If you receive the wrong canvas we will send the correct one. Here's how to start the process:

Take a photo of the canvas you received.Attach your photo to an email and send it to support@legendarywallart.net.  Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that the correct canvas will be processed. Once your replacement is confirmed you will not need to return the incorrect canvas. Keep it as our gift to you!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us within 30 days, undamaged and we will refund you. We do not offer returns on custom items.

If your canvas is damaged or incorrect please email us at support@legendarywallart.net. You most likely will NOT have to return your canvas to us.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back the unwanted product at your own expense.

Please ship your canvas in its original packaging to ensure that it is safe. We will not refund or exchange your canvas if it arrives to us damaged.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. DON'T INCLUDE ANY NOTES OR PAPERWORK INSIDE THE BOX.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Damaged product/manufacturing defect: If your canvas arrives damaged just send us a picture to support@legendarywallart.net within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or give you a full refund.

Product not as described: If you receive the product and it does not match the description/image from our site we will exchange it for a different item or give you a full refund. Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the way the image is lined up on the final product.  

Lost In Transit: If your product is lost in transit and you GAVE US THE CORRECT ADDRESS then we will re-ship the product to you.

We are only able to refund to the payment method used when purchasing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are FINAL! Depending on how busy we are, your canvas will be printed, built, and packaged within a few hours of you placing the order. 

Although your package may not get picked up by our shippers for 24-48 hours, we've already paid for shipping. You can return your canvas to us once you receive it for a full refund (not applicable for custom canvases unless there is a manufacturing defect).

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Depending on how busy we are your canvas may be printed, built and packaged within a few hours of you placing the order. Because of this it is unlikely that we can change your order.

CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER ORDERING?

Please email us at support@legendarywallart.net and supply us with the coupon code. We may be able to apply the discount manually depending on the terms.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

WHAT CARRIER DO ORDERS SHIP WITH?

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS or FedEx.

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR ORDERS TO THE US?

No there are no additional duties. For international orders, depending on the country of residence, you may have to pay fees!

DON'T WORRY IF YOUR IMAGE DOESN'T FIT PERFECTLY!

The display is just to give you an idea of what it will look like. We look at each order and adjust the photo if necessary. If we are uncertain about placement we will email you with a preview before we print.

If you need your photo to be vertically oriented you can flip it sideways with our uploader or you can email support@legendarywallart.net with your image attached and we'll provide you with a customized preview!

High-resolution photo needed!

We suggest an image size of at least 2mb (the larger the image, the better). If your image is too small and SUPER blurry we'll let you know.

Image MUST be Landscape Oriented for best results.

The image may lose a little bit of quality when being expanded onto such a large canvas.

These are custom-made pieces to order. Creating your canvas, framing it, and getting it delivered can take 7-14 days (usually quicker though).

Please note that the picture preview will not be EXACTLY the same as the printed canvas. There WILL be a slight difference due to scaling. Also, our printing team readjusts it in order to get you the BEST results.
