Overall very happy with the prints. When ordering custom prints be aware they will send an email confirming you are happy with how it will look before printing. I didn’t receive the email, so it delayed things a bit and I was slightly disappointed they didn’t reach out by other means after not getting a response to the email, I reached out to them wondering why I hadn’t received anything yet. Still highly recommend despite the small glitch.

Great quality and pretty good turn-around time on the order.
Only issue I had is that these canvases come with a hard, thin, compressed-cardboard backing behind the canvas itself that is attached to the frame. It's great for keeping the canvas taught and shows the quality, but even with the great packaging, there was a puncture/crack trying to push through the canvas. I was able to break it apart a little bit so that it wouldn't continue to put pressure on the canvas, but it certainly would have damaged it over time had I not seen it.
I ordered this custom 48"x36" Aliens print and they did a great job centering the 4.5MP image I uploaded. Made sure I approved of the proof before it was made.
All in all, very pleased with the company (even if the backing was slightly damaged). Would purchase again.
